I was once reminded that no one is obligated to treat you the same way you treat them. No one is required to give you the same love you give them!

Mmmmm...let that sink in.

I used to be a people pleaser. Wait on others and yearn for people to treat me as I treated them, yet be mad when they didn't.🤔😮

Can you relate?👀

You know, feeling some type of way when you've treated someone soo good, yet they've treated you soo bad (let's keep it real).

So, you know what I did:

• I started showing up for myself.
• I said "No" to the things I didn't want to do.
• I was good to the parts of me that didn't feel good.

And,
I gave myself the love I wanted to receive, and I received it in FULL.🥰

Deep down, I wanted to please myself.
Deep down, I wanted to be patient with myself.
And deep down, I yearned for myself to be treated as I treated others.

You may feel like you've reached the end and don't know what else to do.

But let me tell you,
you've only reached the end of that person you thought you were supposed to be.

And at this moment,
you are at the beginning of the person you've always been, deep down.

The person you've felt, but was too scared to be.😪

You are allowed to be this person. Give yourself the permission.

You've got to get through it to get to it.

Maybe you've heard this before,
but it hits different when you can actually feel it.

When you can actually make the connection to an experience where you were really going through it!

I just thought of a seed.
Growing roots in the soil.
Growing it's way to the sun.
Growing through depths of the soil to finally reach the sun.
Yet it was the soil + the sun that got the seed through it. Help grew it.

The seed didnt do it alone. All the seed had to do was be a seed and allow the foundation and the nurturer or nature to do it's job.

All that you've got to do is do you!

Be yourself.
And your authentic self will attract a stable foundation in an environment that will nurture your growth.
